Hi I'm Jaimie
I have over 15 years experience as a private chef, working for a range of UHNW clients all over the world, from Hollywood actors, well known British directors, top music producers, ageing rock stars to global Royalty.
My Culinary heroes are Keith Floyd and Anthony Bourdain, I loved their spirit, their food and their audacity. I’m also a huge fan of uncompromising characters like Oliver Reed and Peter O’Toole and I try to bring a little of that panache and theatre into what I do.
A bit of rock'n'roll cooking
I think o f myself as a swashbuckling chef who cooks with fun and passion but I’m also someone who says it how it is. Maybe it’s to start bringing the truth and bit of rock’n’roll back into food! Hold on tight!
I specialise in British seasonal cuisine along with European classics from Italy, France and Spain. And I love nothing more than throwing my creativity, culinary skills and personality into any dish needed or required.
My inspiration
My mum was my inspiration to cook, and I learned so much from her good home cooking. That was the foundation and I love to keep pushing the boundaries.
So let me take you on a culinary adventure, exploring seasonal food, produce and the flavours and dishes I grew up with, plus my own signature creations and variations on classics.
I really believe that food has the power to break down barriers, build bridges and is the great unifier.
